They took great care of my mother

My mum was cared for for 8 years ver well. It was such a great place that my stepdad continued to visit after her death to help out for 7 years until he died.

My father was in care nearly 4 years and really loved his time there. In his first couple of years he was reasonably active and participated in everything he wanted to, but as his health deteriorated was unable to be so active, but he still felt a part of the community. He loved the staff, and they all loved him, which was made evident by the messages I received after he died. He really felt that he was 'home' and that made all of his family secure in the knowledge he was happy.
