My mother is 91 and has dementia, she has lived in care for 3 1/2 years. She is extremely well looked after and is treated as one of “their care family” The staff are always happy, Mum is very well fed, laughs all the time, is always clean and dressed well. I can not fault her care.

My dear Mother in law was in aged care. The facility was beautiful, the staff were great but too thinly spread. Mum hated the food and that should not be so difficult to get right. She was left in her room or sitting around in a lounge area with others for much of the day but needed some stimulation. She was content enough but I felt sad that her final years were so empty after a life of being busy, useful and vibrant.

Positive experience. Aging in place so both parents in law could stay together and in same room until they died. To both of them the facility became their home. They made friends with other residents and staff.

My 88 year old mother broke her hip and suffered from delirium and her memory is very confused consequently she could not live by herself. WB Residential's care for my Mum is amazingand have made the transition easy. The staff are extremely friendly and caring. An example of their care is Mum thinks she has showered when she hasn't, the nurses carers have been monitoring and keeping me involved to ensure this problem is solved. It is very clean and the food is amazing.

Excellent accommodation in a facility that feels more like a motel than a residential care facility. Caring staff, all the extras you could wish for, great range of services available to the resident. Couldn't have asked for a better place for my Father's last few years.
