My Mother was a resident in an Aged Care facility for over ten years. When she passed away it left a bad tadte in my mouth as there was no contact from the facility except a phone call the day after (while I was with the Funeral Director arranging things) asking us to clear her room for the painters in 4 days time. We never heard from the facility not even a card or anyone coming to the funeral which was local. I have not got over this that after 10 years no contact and we visited mire than twuce per week and knew the staff well.Labrina
