Food is not great in range. Frozen carrots with every meal. Meat is served cold with hot gravy pored over which runs into the salad. Beautiful gardens; rooms are set out in quads which is very nice; The RN does not see the residents herself, she relies on "my staff" to fill her in on the residents' health. Visiting providers appear to charge Medicare for services without being monitored by the facility. The facility manager is helpful and friendly. The staff don't always wear their badges, so the residents often don't know the names of the staff looking after them. Residents don't always get to see the doctor when they ask...the RN decides who sees him (she gets feedback from the carers....not her own examination of the resident). The staff are very friendly when I visit. The receptionist is lovely. The rooms are light and airy in the supported units.Other residents are friendly.

I am so happy as I have my little dog Major with me night and day .I looked at many villages in my area and found this wonderful place which is PET FRIENDLY. I did not want to be separated from my gorgeous little dog Major. He gets me out walking and even if I don't want to go across to the wonderful park opposite we take a walk around the village where he has many friends. I am so happy here and all villas face North so we get the wonderful sun. I had a plaque made to put on the front door it says THE HAVEN which is so true. The village is in a beautifully treed and quiet area but we can take a folding chair across to the park and watch the all day soccer on weekends. I am very happy here.

I am here in this beautiful village because it is a Pet Friendly Village and I have my little dog Major with me day and night. He loves to visit the less mobile residents who tend to spoil him .Major is very tiny but thinks he is big. I have emphysema so he gets me out walking which is very beneficial to my wellbeing. I searched many villages until I found a village t hat would accept my pet .I am very happy here.
