My grandmother is a resident at this facility, I have found the staff extremely caring ,helpful, and educated, It has a real homey feel about it, you see staff smiling and laughing and joking with the residents, her needs and more are catered for, if she doesn't like what's on the menu they give her a choice of 4 or 5 other things she can have, she has settled in well and is such a social butterfly attending outings, games, bingo, quizzes, dressing up for events such as Melbourne cup luncheon, friendship days, she helps run the op shop and lolly trolley, I love they way staff encourage the residents to keep doing little jobs they did at home, setting the dining tables, helping to clear away after activities cooking and gardening is available when they feel like it, she loves attending the resident meeting to have her say and is always having input in to improvements, they are just so kind in including her and others in decisions about the home and care, so nice when we leave knowing she is again thriving not sitting home withering away.

Inappropriately trained staff (TAFE) Inappropriate staff mix.... New care staff with inexperienced care staff Limited to no stimulation / activities for persons with either Alzheimer's or Dementia Poor Quality Menu/Meals.. Seems that profit is higher on the agenda than meeting Residents needs / comfort.
