Staff were wonderful though there were too few qualified nurses and mostly minimally trained carers. The fact that many carers were student nurses helped a lot though, as they were clearly learning and keen to gain their qualification. Attitudes of staff were fantastic really, they always listened. My Dad was in there and had lots of family support and we often picked on issues but they always followed up and communicated well.

Beautiful, respectful patient centred care. I have only ever seen staff behave with respect and gentle care to residents. The biggest problem occurs around staff absence and lack of backfill or use of agency staff who don't know the residents.

Could do with more staff

My mother has been in an aged care facility for almost 6 years. She has been beautifully cared for! I believe this has extended her life by many years. issues are dealt with quickly but my predominant comment is that the care is beautiful!
