Buildings and gardens are art deco and the place is certainly classy. The garden and outside areas are quiet and free of traffic noise. The garden attracts a lot of birds and some residents enjoy pottering in the garden.
The activities are quite broad and inclusive to all. younger residents still have their vehicles parked within the grounds.
