The quality of service at this home has been very patchy. Over the past 2.5 years there has been a big turn over of staff, with a requisite drop in personal care provided. This is acknowledged by clinical services who visit the home as well. Staff seem down and burned out and not well supported by management. The level of personal care has dropped significantly. As care needs have increased, the gap has widened between what is provided and what is able to be delivered.

Very clean

This facility is quite good compared to others we looked at. The only thing is aged care is hard to get into and there is a long waiting list for any care. We were lucky to get this facility for my mother.

My Mum loved it! She had her independence and very caring care from the staff - the occasional not so nice experience dealt with very rapidly and satisfactorily. Its a shame that there is an unnecessary stigma on 'old people's' home - I think they are great but the decision must be made by the resident not the family.
