What sets The House of Saint Hilarion apart from others is the quality of its governance and clinical leadership and the way this flows through the organisation. Saint Hilarion genuinely treats family carers as partners in the care of their loved one. All families expect this but not all facilities deliver, as evidenced by the Royal Commission into Aged Care Q&S.

My mother was in this beautiful complex but unfortunately the service and staff ratio was the thing that let down this complex. The food was good but sometimes I noticed that if people did not eat their food it was unfortunate and sometimes overlooked. The staff work very hard to provide person center care.
A stunning new development at Seaton completed in June 2010 accommodating 120 residents in both high and low care (to be residential aged care post 1st July 2014) the home was designed with the needs and expectations of residents and their families in mind, whilst also incorporating facilities to encourage participation from the broader community
