What sets The House of Saint Hilarion apart from others is the quality of its governance and clinical leadership and the way this flows through the organisation. Saint Hilarion genuinely treats family carers as partners in the care of their loved one. All families expect this but not all facilities deliver, as evidenced by the Royal Commission into Aged Care Q&S.

My mother was in this beautiful complex but unfortunately the service and staff ratio was the thing that let down this complex. The food was good but sometimes I noticed that if people did not eat their food it was unfortunate and sometimes overlooked.
