The staff are very good and caring. There is really nothing for our family member to do in the way of entertainment. Very boring, the residents seem to just sit in a sunroom all day waiting to be fed and then put to bed. Food is average. I must say, that at least their food is served in and on china and not plastic. Hate the taste that plastic gives to food. The home is very clean and there is no urine smell - so in all the staff and the home...

Staff have always been very accommodating and caring. They have notified us each time there has been an issue. The staff go out of their way to make sure our family member is being looked after. They are very observant of any changes.
