We were in absolute fear at the idea of having to put my beloved mum into a residential aged care facility but I cannot be more praising of everything and everyone at The Oaks in Warwick, Queensland. There is no horrible smell, it is clean, the staff are welcoming and engaging with both residents and their families. Residents appear clean, happy and content.

My Aunt lives in The Oaks Aged Care in Warwick. She receives the best care and all the staff are friendly and my Aunt is so happy to be living there. She says it is wonderful she has a lovely home there and there is always something to do.

My mothers last 3 years were in an aged care facility. I believe she would have been very much appreciative of this if able to converse with us. Our family will always be grateful for the opportunity of having her so well cared for and treated as a very important person for herself.
