My mother has been a resident for 12 months. When she first entered St Anne's the staff and quality of food was good. Now the meals that are served are aweful. The staff were told that the plates are not to be sent back to the kitchen full as no one can eat what is being served they have to get rid of it on the floor. The staff on the floors sit on their ipads or phones instead of carrying out their duties. Would not recommend.

Staff are caring , the facility is well equipped and offers a range of activities . Close to transport , cafes . Woolies right alongside The food could be greatly improved ,it is bland , overcooked , tasteless ,repetitive , high sugar .
