The only problem we have encountered is the missing items, which included his wallet, taken from his room. The items were eventually found in another patient’s room. However, the AirTag we had placed in the wallet was missing but the money was still in the wallet.

Claims to have person centred care but peel away all the glitz and its just the same as anywhere else. A lot of staff with poor english and communication skills who focus on the functional rather than people centred care. Residents guilted into participating in activities in order to clear the floor for staff. Needs to practice what they preach.
