Does not meet expectations (that are built from their own marketing puff) and attempts to seek improvement is difficult as each building in the complex has its own team and the company culture is very staff orientated (to the point of being rude to the consumer) as opposed to resident orientated. While the company promotes and offers a variety of services we didn’t get much until we asked or demanded it and even then one has to keep track of it...

My mother was in SDM Building, upon her arrival, everything was organized for her...as she came straight from the hospital to Whiddon...we were happy cause mum knowing mum was happier...

Staff are very nice and caring, meet the needs of the residents. The quality and ambiance of the facility, particularly the new building is excellent. Overall quality is excellent
