My mother has been in the dementia ward for over six months. The staff care is excellent.
The outdoor area is non existent and dangerous. She has no access to fresh air and sunshine. We have asked continuously for this to be improved but receive no response.
I would advise people to take care when choosing a placement for their loved one.

I actually worked here previous as an AIN and found the care always to be great and the residents to be settled and well cared for.The DON Leannne runs the facility well.
