I was disappointed with resident/staff ratio which often resulted in my mother soiling or wetting her pants whist waiting for assistance. Loss of dignity along the way.
Some staff seemed to actively avoid eye contact with relatives in case they were asked to do something. Again, I think lack of staff at play
