My mother lived at Turramurra House for almost 5 yrs. She had dementia. The staff were very caring - knew her and knew what topics/activities made her happy. Can not recommend management and staff highly enough.

Visit here twice a week to visit my friend never advise when i visit Staff are fabulous as is the facilities and food Highly recommend

Quality care is more about the staff than about buildings. Fabulous facilities are nothing without wonderful staff - from the DoN down. Person-centred care - they know where she grew up, what makes her happy and what she needs. She is shown respect. My siblings and I are involved in any changes that are needed in her care as her dementia progresses. I am fortunate to have such caring staff in my mother's aged care facility.
