excellent facility except when my mother passed and they didn't contact me to tell me she was expected to pass

My husband is well cared for - it is not quite like home but as good as he could have in the circumstances of my inability to cope with the progression of his dementia and Parkinson's Disease. His wing is a reasonably new addition and was well thought out both inside and outside. He has a large ensuite room and the outdoors are safe and inviting. The food is appetising and nutritious and he is now on blended food which he seems to eat readily....
