There used to be a lot of fun activities to keep the residents active both mentally and physically but with the implementation of the new “House Modelâ€ÂÂÂ, activities have all but ceased and staffing level on the Clancy Weston Lodge side has dropped down to 2 caters per 25 residents...
Can never find them when we need them.

Clancy Weston Lodge provides a caring environment from the people who do the leg work. they are overworked, understaffed and compassionate, Management is another matter - hard to contact and unresponsive- symptoms of a well established cohort who do not like communicating with families or carers. My husbands aunt was in the dementia ward and the whole staff were fantastic to us at all times, plus their care of her was exemplary up until her death earlier this year. Thank you for all your love and support.
