Situated in the South West town of Collie, ValleyView Residence, named by a community poll, is a 64 bed facility owned by Riverview Residence Inc. Offering high and dementia specific care facilities, ValleyView boasts generous sized rooms with private ensuites and air conditioning. Our residents receive 24 hours a day care. The facility has various community visitors, including schools, churches, and mothers and babies groups. Each of ValleyView's four wings has its own lounge and dining room with direct access to landscaped gardens and covered outdoor areas. A hair salon and activity room are also available for resident use. This facility also provides short term respite accommodation, from seven days to a number of weeks, providing peace of mind for carers. It can also be an important step in the smooth transition of the care recipient into permanent placement in the care facility.

Our well maintained, double rooms provide approximately 10 m2 of personal space for each resident and have a shared ensuite. They have been designed to create a warm, homelike environment and have a built in display cabinet, visitor’s chair and appropriate furnishings. For the comfort of our residents, the rooms include centrally controlled reverse cycle air-conditioning, electronic high/low adjustable beds and the large windows offer views of the landscaped grounds and gardens.
Common Areas Description
There are a range of common areas residents can access throughout ValleyView Residence which offer space to take part in activities and socialise, or simply just relax and enjoy quiet time with family and friends. Each of ValleyView Residence’s four wings has its own dining room and lounge room. There is also an activities room, comfortable sitting areas, a library and a BBQ area. The on-site chapel provides a place for quiet reflection, or residents can attend the regular mass services.
