Grand Private Plus Rooms are the latest addition to the Vermont suite of accommodation. These rooms boast the best finishings with the discerning elder in mind. In fact, this enables a true sense of peace and comfort. After all, it’s just how your home should feel.

Vermont Aged Care has been serving Vermont since 1981, offering family care to residents in our community. Still located on the original site, our facility has undergone a number of renovations, this year marking the most recent. The architect and interior designer have taken special notice of the leafy surrounds of the Vermont area as well as the history of this family owned and operated business. This has led these recent enhancements creating a home-like atmosphere with larger open spaces that enable greater connections to occur. This includes 4 additional dining rooms, 4 new lounge/living spaces, 3 balconies, 2 terraces, and larger courtyard spaces. For those special and more intimate events, residents are able to utilise the new private dining room with built in kitchen facilities. We also have 5 kitchenettes/coffee making areas spread around the facility, to enable family members to feel right at home when visiting their loved ones. We also acknowledge that sometimes residents and family members alike, want to indulge in a barista made coffee with home made delightful treats, so we are also introducing a cafe. This will enable family members and the wider community a great space to connect with our community. With these most recent extensions, the surrounding gardens and courtyards are also growing in size and number, including the additional 170 metres to our walking path. With a variety of outdoor settings, bbq facilities, shaded areas and rest stops along the way, it makes for a pleasant mid afternoon stroll even in Winter! Our home also boasts a large secure garden area ideal for our dementia residents.
