It has been a wonderful experience dealing with the knowledgeable and caring staff

Malcolm at the moment is finding hard to settle in. As he is High Care it is a difficult change for him compared to being at home with myself on call at any time. I hope it will get easier for him as time goes by. Covid does not help as his children and grandchildren are unable to visit him.I (Wife) are so lucky that they are letting me go in for 1 hour 3 times a week.

My mother was almost 102 when she entered this facility. She was left sitting in a wheelchair most of the day, simply because it was easier for them not to constantly lift her in and out for toileting. She was left so long on her 102nd Birthday that she fell out of the wheelchair. This was the beginning of the end and she passed away one week later.
