The actual personal carers were mainly fine but the manager and clinical nurses were below average. The food was basic. My mother did not have a quality of well being or lifestyle and staff did not push hard enough for this. The staff or manager were not there for my mum at the end of her life. The room was also dirty and dusty.

My mother has settled into her final years of life amazingly well since being in an Aged Care Facility. Initially it was very hard because of her dementia. Now she is 94 and going strong. She is happy and content, and knows somehow it is the best place to be.
