The Villanova Centre features large single bedrooms with private ensuite in a very homey environment. All rooms have high quality bedroom furniture including a standard bed, bed side table, built in robe, arm chair and lockable storage. Fittings include nurse call points, telephone connection availability, colour-coded bathroom tapware and bathroom hand rails designed to assist the vision impaired. All rooms are individually air-conditioned, fitted with a ceiling fan, TV bracket, fly screens and quality vinyl flooring. Large floor to ceiling windows allow natural light into each room and all have access to the manicured gardens of Villanova.

All rooms have access to well-maintained common areas including: - Chapel - Lounge room - Dining Room - Kitchenette - External courtyard - Outdoor sitting - Hair salon - Raised gardens There is an abundance of natural light throughout the facility with views of and access to the landscaped grounds.
