I believe nowhere is ever going to be perfect but I feel Waverley Valley truly try to engage residents and involve and inform families and are always open to questions and reviewing a situation.

Staff call you by name and smile
Leisure and lifestyle program is truely first rate and very stimulating for Alison.
It's a joy to come to see my wife so happy in this centre.

I have found the Demetia Unit at Waverly valley aged care to be very caring and supportive of the residents. I am always made to feel welcome when I visit my relative who is a resident in the unit. The staff are very responsive and take on suggestions in relation to the care of my relative and she feels safe and comfortable in the unti.
