Modern spacious rooms with garden or courtyard view. All rooms comprise an electric high low bed, a tallboy, armchair, television, phone (optional), built in robes, lockable safe and full ensuite. All rooms have their own heating with individual control. Primarily carpeted throughout, however some rooms have vinyl to cater for individual needs. There are also a number of adjoining rooms to cater for couples.

Common areas are spacious and bright. There is a library, computer room, dining rooms, lounge rooms, hairdressing salon, health and well-being centre and a kiosk and coffee shop. External areas have a rural aspect which complement the well maintained gardens. Wide and gradual gradient pathways allows residents to venture outside without impediment.
