THE PCA AND KITCHEN STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL BUT AT MANAGEMENT LEVEL THERE IS A CULTURE OF CONTROL/BOSSINESS. THE DIRECTOR IS A BULLY TO RESIDENTS/STAFF AND SOME VISITORS. I'VE BEEN AT THIS FACILITY FOR AROUND THREE YEARS (22/06/16) AND HAVE ENCOUNTERED NUMEROUS BULLYING FROM THIS DIRECTOR. THE FIRST BEING IN MY 1ST.
