My Stepfather is in Willowbrae Melton Vic. He has been there for about 10 months. I am more than satisfied with the care that he receives, the lifestyle and activities that are conducted each day, and the food is excellent.
He had made friends And socialises well. I couldn’t be happier for him.

Most of staff very good care, problem is the constant
rotation of staff especially for the dementia area.

My mother was initially in Willowbrae Melton for 4 weeks Respite. She was very unsure of what to expect and was against the idea at first but the staff made her feel so welcome and she soon overcame her fears. She is now a permanent resident and seems to be enjoying the activities and has made some lovely friends.
Our family are so happy with the care that mum is receiving.
We can walk away from our visits knowing our mum is well cared for and most of all happy.
