At Wimmera Health Care Group we pride ourselves on providing the best of care to our residents, Caring for our seniors is the greatest responsibility we have. Regarding your concerns around staffing during the Christmas and New Year holidays, I like to assure you that Matron Arthur was fully staffed, and continues to remain so. As with all health providers rosters are completed in advance, where we identify any vacant shift this is quickly filled utilising both nurse pool and casual staff.
