It is approximately 40m2.The activities area is appointed with chairs and a large television and kitchenette. It is approximately 36m2, opening onto an enclosed patio that has outdoor furniture, is fully enclosed, with insect-proof screening and paved floor. It is approximately 40m2.The corridors throughout the home small, intimate sitting nooks that are strategically placed to optimise the benefits of natural light. A number of outdoor areas, some with weather protection, are available for use by residents.
