During 4 years with some extremely difficult and emotional times for my dear mum I found the care of her to be exemplary. The facilities, whilst not being perfect, are fine and the caring staff make the very best with those they have... there are many activities available, some lovely gardens and also regular pastoral care if desired. Re my comment about the imperfect facilities for example, some rooms overlooking the inner courtyard gardens (which are delightful) have windows too high for anyone bedridden to see out... such a shame... and others only have share bathrooms. So choosing the "right" room may not always be as easy as you would like if your need is urgent . HOWEVER the care by all the staff in all facets of employment can not be faulted... they are incredibly special and professional people. I highly recommend this facility.

My mum Dawn was in Freemasons for nearly 10 years and during that time i found the staff and facilities to be second to none. Kind, considerate and nothing was ever too much trouble. They loved my mum and brought her out of her shell, joining in activities, working in the kiosk and helping "the oldies " (her words not mine ). The staff were always caring and supportive of me through some troubling times. I miss them all since mums passing at age of 90. I cant recommend Freemasons highly enough. Thanks to all

My Mum is in the Freemasons Home, in Lindisfarne, Tasmania. She is very well looked after. The staff are more than helpful and she is doing so well. This home is absolutely perfect for her. Unfortunately I live in Victoria and only get to see her a few times a year, but my Son sees her every week and takes her out or takes her for a coffee at their kiosk. He finds the home extremely well run and the emphasis being on the happiness of the people they look after. Mum has alzheimers and they do wonders with her
