Facility: Alkira Gardens

I totally disagree with Carli's comments about Alkira Gardens. My friend had his father

Facility: Alkira Gardens

My mother has been a resident since March 2016. Reluctant at first but very happy now. Major asset is the kindness of its staff - respectful, obliging, patient and generous. New structure and beautiful garden is also a major attraction.

Facility: Pembroke Lodge

My father who had dementia spent 4 years in aged care, I cannot fault the care and compassion that he received whilst he lived there until his death at aged 92 in June 2015.

Facility: Ruby Manor

Residents left sitting on their own and unoccupied for too long. Lack of imagination with activities. Belongings always going missing
